Testimonials:

"I loved how Freddy was so open with his own stories on how love no ego changed his life, and explained how it could change ours too. The whole thing was so inspirational, and I loved every second of that 30 minute period. Thank you so much Freddy!"

Jess Goldman - Albemarle County Student

"Freddy is such a gentle and encouraging leader who truly lives what he teaches.  He leads with confidence and strength to a generation that struggles to find identity and belonging.  He shared his Love: No Ego vision with the PTO at Jack Jouett Middle School and we were all inspired!  His own story is compelling and he uses it to lead his students to lean into their own story and live out love with all the challenges of growing into adulthood.  I'm planning to find opportunities for my own middle school kids to learn from him.  He is a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion!"
