* Not everyone has access to computers, modern information, and communications technology. And when we do, often times, our youth struggle to manage it well.
* In a world of “likes”, “comments”, and “DMs” (direct messages), it can be quite challenging to feel love and acceptance. Everybody and everything is perfect on social media. Cyber-bullying is real. Social media is a beautiful and powerful tool. It’s just that; a tool. It’s not a lifestyle.
* During this workshop, we examine how to effectively use this tool of social media to better one’s life and circumstances. We learn and apply exercises that promotes positive interactions, communication, and outcomes. We examine and discuss the ego and the influence of the egotistical world in regards to human value.
