LOVE...NO EGO for MOCHA

LOVE...NO EGO for MOCHA (Men of Color Honor and Ambition) - An outdoor day-workshop helping young men of color go beyond any and all limitations of the ego, find purpose, and live their best lives. 

Attain the pillars, principles, and strategies to live your best life!

• Inner Purpose to Outer Purpose - Aligning who You are with what You do  - 
• Being Into Doing - Understanding who You are, and taking action
• On The Frequency of Miracles - Live the life you want to live, attracting miracles every day into your life

Date & Time: TBD, 10 AM - 2 PM

Location: Darden Towe Park Rivanna Trail - 1445 Darden Towe Park, Charlottesville, VA. 

The Rivanna Trail (starting at Darden) runs along the Rivanna River. We will explore miles of the trail while incorporating a number of personal development exercises along the way. Each participant will receive a  journal, stickers, hammock, and book "Love...No Ego, Where Are You Living From?" Participants should bring a backpack to hold items and are welcomed to bring water and or snack. 

What the day will look like?

Meet at the Boat Launch Area:  1) Enter the park 2) Turn left at the forced turn 3) Boat-launch parking lot located on your left. Look for Love...No Ego Van. Check in and arrive by 9:45: 

10:00am: Nature Hike (note: we will be on the trail for the entire workshop)

10:45am: Presentation 1 

11:00am: Hammock Set Up

11:30am: Presentation 2

12:00pm: Snack Break

12:30pm Grounding Exercise

1:00pm: Meditative Exercise

2:00pm: Arrive back at Parking Lot.

Purpose: MOCHA (Men of Color Honor and Ambition) to foster a sense of community and bonding with each other and other male role models of color through social outings; and support their health awareness and development through their participation in wellness activities.
