Community Clean-up Day

 Sunday, August 6 2023, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The Love No Ego Team and Community members of Buckingham County come together to clean-up the adopted Love No Ego Foundation Roadway.

​

We're asking for community volunteers to join us for this special occasion. Let's come together and support our community! Show that we care by taking care of the place we live and breathe!

  • Sunday, August 6 2023, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

  • Protective gloves, orange safety vests, & trash bags provided

  • Meet-up Location: Intersection of Sleepy Hollow Road, New Canton, VA 23123 - and Route 15 James Madison Highway. across from Jax Mini Mart- 28925 James Madison Highway, New Canton, Virginia. 23123

  • Look for the branded Love...No Ego Vehicle

Clean-up Day Sign-Up

 

I hereby state that I, and or my child wish to participate in courses and/or activities offered by The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc.,  a non-profit corporation. I recognize any activity (indoor and or outdoor) may involve certain dangers, including but not limited to the hazards of physical activity, exercise, traveling in mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in remote places, forces of nature, and the actions of participants and other persons. I further understand and agree that without some program providing protection of its assets and its leaders, The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc., would not be able to offer its courses and activities.

I understand that in this course or activity, I MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED.  I agree to allow me and or my child’s/children’s photo, to be used for any legitimate purpose by The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc.,. If you do not wish to be in any photograph/video simply let it be known by expressing it vocally to a team member, and or selecting "no" below in the media consent section below. 

For the right to participate in the activities offered by The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc., I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc., and its members from any and all liability, claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with me and or my child’s/children’s participation, or the participation of any minor that I am signing on behalf of, in any activities offered by The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc. This includes but is not limited to all liability claims and causes of action in any way connected to property owned or leased by The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc., or the actions or inactions of any The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc., employees, members, agents, and or volunteers.

I personally assume all risks in connection with these activities. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY The Love No Ego Foundation, Inc., and its members from all liability, claims and causes of action which the minor may have arising from the minor’s participation in activities. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representatives, and for all members of my family, including any minors. 

THIS IS YOUR AGREEMENT. I have read this release and indemnity agreement and have fully informed myself of its contents before I have either signed and or agreed to it. Each participant must complete this registration form.
