About the event
Where do masks come from? (No! Not those COVID masks) Why do people wear masks? What's on the other side of that mask? Our friend and founder of The Scrappy Elephant, Sarah Sweet, is going to help us answer these questions!
Together, in a safe outdoor space, we will start the day by learning about the art and history of mask making. Sarah will then guide us as we create our own individual and exciting masterpieces!
After a picnic lunch provided by our friends at Wegmans, Freddy and the Love No Ego team will guide you through the trails of Pleasant Grove Park for an adventure and natural connection along the Rivanna River.
Need Transportation? Love No Ego has two vehicles that can used to transport up to 6 participants safely. Available on a first come first served basis.
Space is limited so register today!
