About the event
We are Back for Seconds with our second annual Ce'real Buffet event! We're having fun, eating our favorite Cereal, creating artistic pieces, joining in on a few games and activities, all while learning how to be our best selves. As we apply the Love...No Ego Principles and Pillars to today's challenges of the youth, we aim to give them the tools to productive, successful, and happy human beings.
Our Workshops Help Youth to:
Have A Sense of Belonging: understanding and acceptance of why and how our youth are already great and meant for greatness
Eliminate Peer Pressure: how being the best You reduces the pressure to conform, fit in, or compare oneself to others
Become Organize: how to set, plan, and create positive experiences.
Have Less Internal Conflict and Positive Self-Esteem: how to improve spiritual, physical, and mental fitness (overall wellness).
